T&B Custom Clean (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides short-term-rental turnover cleaning across the Western Maine mountains to the southern Maine beaches. This policy explains what information we collect through our website and client portal, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our site or portal, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Details you give us. When you request a quote, subscribe to updates, or message us, we collect your name, email, phone number, and anything you choose to tell us about your property.
• Client & property records. For active clients we keep property details (address, access notes, turnover schedule) needed to deliver our service. Access codes and Wi-Fi are stored for the crew and are never shown publicly.
• Turnover documentation. Before/after photos, checklists, and notes created during a clean, which are visible to you in your owner portal.
• Account & usage data. If you have a portal login, we store your email and a securely hashed password, plus basic technical data (such as your IP address and sign-in attempts) to keep the account secure.

How we use your information

• To schedule, perform, and document your cleaning turnovers.
• To respond to quotes, questions, and messages.
• To operate your owner portal and, if you opt in, send service updates.
• To protect our site and accounts against fraud and abuse.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business — for example our website host and, where you’ve linked one, mapping or reviews services — and only as needed to provide our service or comply with the law.

Cookies

Our site uses a single essential session cookie to keep you signed in to the portal. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Website analytics

To understand how our site is found and used, we keep simple, privacy-preserving visit statistics: the page viewed, the site that referred you, and a daily-rotating one-way code derived from your connection. This contains no cookies and no stored IP address, and cannot be used to identify you or to track you across other websites. If we have enabled third-party marketing tools such as Google Analytics or the Meta (Facebook) Pixel — indicated by a cookie notice on the site — those providers may additionally set cookies and process usage data under their own policies (Google, Meta).

Data retention & security

We keep client and turnover records for as long as you are a client and as needed for our legitimate business and legal obligations. Passwords are hashed, credentials are stored outside the public web root, and the site is served over HTTPS.

You can ask us to review, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to unsubscribe from updates, at any time — just contact us using the details below.
