Hi, I’m Tiffany!

After years of working for someone else’s dream, I decided to bet on myself & build my own. No inheritance. No safety net. Just the drive to create a life I loved while helping others do the same.

T&B has given me the opportunity to homeschool my daughter, show her what hard work looks like, and teach her that success isn’t one-size-fits-all. Some of her greatest lessons have come from watching real life unfold — problem-solving, serving others, and building something from the ground up.

One of my favorite parts of this business is creating that same opportunity for other women. You can build a career without sacrificing your family. You get to decide what your life looks like.

Hi, I’m Alberto!

As T&B’s Operations Manager, I work behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly. From coordinating with property owners to supporting our incredible cleaning team, my goal is to make each day easier for everyone involved.

One of the greatest gifts this job has given me is the opportunity to work remotely from Mexico while building meaningful relationships with people hundreds of miles away. The flexibility and sense of community I’ve found through T&B have been truly life-changing.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me spending time with friends and family or watching a good horror movie. No matter where I am, I’m proud to be part of a team that feels like home.

Hi, I’m Brooke!

Hi, I’m Brooke! I am a wife to my amazing husband of almost 10 years, and a mom to three sweet children. I enjoy working on our Homestead, learning to bake and cook from scratch, and tending to our animals. I also love adventuring outdoors and enjoy various endeavors such as fishing, swimming, hiking, and snowshoeing and much more!

I knew I needed a job that was compatible with being a mom first. My sister-in-law Tiffany wanted me to come work with her but I had my reservations as I didn’t want our relationship to change. So needing the income & flexibility I said yes. And change it did.

Tiffany has pushed me to become confident in the work that I do, a leader that leads with strength & kindness & person with integrity and accountability. A growth mindset & a “can do attitude” is what you will find when working with a team like ours! I am inspired daily by the women I work with - who have quickly become family!

Hi, I’m Lexi!

I’ve been part of the T&B family for quite a while now, and one of my favorite parts of the job is the feeling of satisfaction that comes from transforming a home into a spotless, welcoming space for the next guests. There’s nothing quite like closing the door knowing every detail has been taken care of.

When I’m not cleaning, you’ll usually find me working at a local nursing home, spending time with family and friends, or soaking up the sunshine whenever I can.

Working alongside Tiffany and this incredible team has given me more than just a job. It’s given me a community of women who encourage, inspire, and push me to be the best version of myself every day.

Hi, I’m Samantha!

I’m a mom to three incredible boys who keep me grounded, inspired, and on my toes every single day. When I’m not making vacation homes guest-ready, you’ll usually find me writing poetry, creating content, baking something from scratch, or spending time with my family.

I believe the little details matter. Whether it’s a perfectly folded towel, a handwritten welcome note, or taking a few extra minutes to make a space feel cared for, I love creating an experience that makes guests feel at home before they’ve even unpacked.

Being part of T&B means working alongside women who lead with heart. We know we’re creating more than a clean space — we’re creating peace of mind and memorable experiences for every guest who walks through the door.

Hi, I’m Lori!

I’m married to my husband of 43 years, and it’s one of the greatest blessings of my life. Together, we’re grandparents to five of the most precious children, and they bring more joy and laughter than I ever imagined possible.

I love spending time in my garden, talking about wellness, growing spiritually, choosing positivity, and encouraging others along the way. I truly believe that even the smallest act of kindness or a few encouraging words can brighten someone’s day.

My heart is to be of service — to remind people they’re seen, valued, and capable of living a healthy, joy-filled life. You won’t find perfection, just someone who loves God, loves her family, loves learning, and hopes to leave people a little more encouraged than when they arrived.

I’m also beyond proud of my Brooke Averill, my daughter, and my daughter-in-love, Tiffany Kersey. 🤍

Hello, I’m Heather.

I’ve been with my high school sweetheart since 1988 — married almost 34 years now. We have three grown children who are incredible human beings, and three grandsons I treasure greatly. My faith keeps me grounded and has helped me in many areas of life.

My husband and I have done so much traveling these last six or so years, and it’s shown me that wherever I stay, it matters. Even the small details — to me, they absolutely matter.

I believe Tiffany and this incredible team have made a great impact on the high-quality care in the places we help take care of, so people get the best experiences while they stay. They all care about the details, big and small — the things many places overlook, this business puts in that extra effort, and it shows. The T&B reputation is already speaking for itself. We’re a blessed group, and I’m happy to play a part in it.

Hi, I’m Kaitlyn!

I’m incredibly happy to be a part of the T&B Custom Clean team. I’ve always been someone who loves learning, growing, and taking on new challenges, which is one of the many reasons I’ve enjoyed being part of this rapidly growing company.

I enjoy reading, fishing, four-wheeling, and spending time with my family — my 2-year-old son and my fiancé, as well as our fur children!

One of the best parts of working at T&B Custom Clean is the amazing team of women I get to work alongside. They inspire, teach, support, and always have each other’s back when things get challenging. I’m grateful to be surrounded by such an incredible team, and I’m excited to keep growing alongside these amazing women as we build something special together. 🌱

Hey, I’m Tia!

When I’m not working as a Pediatric Triage Nurse, you’ll almost always find me working alongside the amazing team at T&B Clean! These girls sure know how to get things done — and have a good time doing it.

When I’m not doing one of those two things, you may find me hanging at the beach, making chunky soft-knit blankets, working in the garden, taking care of my chickens, taking long walks, baking sourdough bread, or just hanging out with my husband, our daughter, and our dogs!

I love the motivation, knowledge, growth, kindness, and professionalism you’ll find at T&B Clean, and I’m so grateful to be a part of such an incredible team!

Hi, I’m Caileigh!

I started cleaning with T&B as a side gig, never realizing how much freedom it would bring to my life. The flexibility has allowed me to earn extra income without sacrificing the time I get to spend with my son. That’s something I’ll never take for granted.

I’m all about balance — serving in the Bethel community and working hard with my girls is important, but so is unwinding at the beach, getting creative, and spending precious moments with my child.

I’m so grateful to work alongside women who support one another, value family, and genuinely care about what we do. It makes this job even more rewarding!

I’m a single mom to three amazing (and very busy!) boys. Finding a job that allowed me to provide for my family while still being the mom I wanted to be felt nearly impossible — until I found T&B.

Working with Tiffany has been such a blessing. I genuinely love helping transform homes into spaces where guests can relax, reconnect, and make memories. I get to take pride in my work without missing out on the moments that matter most with my own boys. Even better, I get to work alongside women who understand the balance of raising a family while building a career.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me creating stained glass, crocheting, or out exploring with my three favorite adventure buddies.

Hi, I’m Logan!

I’m a proud wife and mother of two amazing children. Family is at the center of everything I do, and I cherish every opportunity to create lasting memories with the people I love most.

One of the things I enjoy most about my work is how cleaning has positively impacted both my physical and mental well-being. It keeps me active, gives me a sense of accomplishment, and allows me to help others enjoy clean, comfortable spaces. It has truly been a rewarding career for me.

Hi, I’m Autumn!

I’m currently a senior in college balancing classes, field hockey, and lacrosse while working toward my degree. During school, I started working at T&B Custom Clean Team as a side job, and it quickly became so much more than that. Working at T&B has given me the flexibility to keep up with everything I have going on while still being financially stable and continuing my education. One of the things I appreciate most is being surrounded by such an amazing group of strong, hardworking women who constantly encourage me to grow and become a better person. They’ve become incredible role models and have made work something I genuinely enjoy. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me at practice, studying, spending time at my greenhouse job, reading, taking care of my plants, or making memories with my family. Having the flexibility to do all of that while still earning money is something I’m really grateful for, and T&B has made that possible.

Hi, I’m Brittany!

I am a proud mother of a 2 year old son who lights up my world and gives me so much purpose. I am also an outdoor enthusiast who takes pride in being apart of the river valley community. I enioy mornings at the cafe, spending time at the park with my son, catching up with friends on the trail or relaxing at the beach.

I am extremely grateful to be apart of T&B Custom Clean and the growth that has come with it in more aspects than one. I believe that not one single person is perfect, but that we should all strive to reach the most perfect version of ourselves. It’s almost always the littlest of things in our every day life that lead up to being the most impactful. Having a boss who values her employees and takes the time to recognize that gives me all the confidence that I chose to work for the best company out there.
